Inspection Equipment

• 3 - Brown & Sharpe Programmable CMM's with PC-DMIS Software
• 2 - Checkmaster CMM's w/QC 5000 Software
• 1 - 30" TESA Digital Height gage
• 3 - Optical Comparators
• All necessary calipers, micrometers, pins, gages and inspection tools

Our quality team is responsible for inspecting all production from incoming raw material, first piece, in process and final inspection. All of our procedures are documented in our quality manual which is compliant to MIL-I-45208A Inspection System Requirements. Inspection equipment is traceable to NIST.
