MECHANICAL INSPECTOR / CMM PROGRAMMER SHIFT: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM OVERALL DUTIES: Must be proficient in reading complex technical drawings, have working knowledge of GD&T concepts and experience utilizing precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gage, surface plate, optical comparator etc. to measure high-precision machined parts CMM experience, including programming in PC-DMIS, desired. This is a fast paced and high pressure environment. Must be a self-starter, willing to work overtime, able to work with minimal supervision. Must be a team player and flexible with work assignments.

CNC Machinists-Lathe and Mill

Position Description CNC machinists work with computer numeric controlled (CNC) heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from metal, plastic or other materials. Computer numeric controlled equipment is precision machinery that cuts, grinds, or drills into the material. CNC machinists make adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as make sure the machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product. CNC machinists make sure their machines are working at full capacity, are stocked with needed materials, well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output. They look at the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production. OVERALL DUTIES: Must be able to program, setup, and operate CNC machines Must be able to deburr own parts The right candidate will be reliable, thorough and versatile MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS PLUS EXPERIENCE. SKILLS: Mathematic Skills Problem Solving Skills Attention to detail Mechanical and Technical Skills Stamina as you will work long hours
