Lead CNC Swiss Machinist

Position Description Precision, Contract Machining Business is looking for a highly experienced, CNC Swiss machine programmer with the skills to read and interpret a customer's drawings then create an efficient process and program. This lead position will instruct and train other machinists in proper machine operation, work instructions, part production, quality assurance and overall operations. This is a working lead position that is also responsible for the set up and operation of multiple Swiss Machines and maintaining quality standards along with production output. Job Duties and Requirements include: • A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience programming and setting up Swiss CNC Machines. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints as well as understanding geometric tolerances. • Able to perform first piece inspection and process inspections. • Able to run production and instruct lesser skilled machinists. • Create and follow production set up sheets and documents. • Understanding of various measurement tools for exacting tolerances and dimensions. • Maintain equipment (limited daily chores) and work area in a clean orderly fashion. • Create custom fixturing and tooling when needed. • Monitor and maintain multiple Citizen CNC machines and employees in production. • Keep accurate records of production, scrap, and non-conformance. • Perform quality checks using a microscope, vision system, and hand inspection tools. CMM experience a plus. • Understanding of G&M codes. • Good math skills. • Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken) in English. • Team player with supervisory/management experience preferred. • Experience in SolidWorks a plus. Position Description

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance team member to join our team. This person must be dependable, trustworthy, have reliable transportation to get to and from work, be flexible with work hours, and show a mechanical aptitude. Must also have previous forklift experience. Duties of this position include: • Perform general machine maintenance, such as coolant maintenance, adding oil, clearing of chips, etc. • Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair • Perform general repairs as needed, such as replacing lights, painting, repairing doors and other building fixtures, etc. • Lifting and moving product on and around the production floor • Operate general shop tools • Operate forklift as needed • Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities Other requirements for this role include: • Knowledge of basic maintenance functions • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems or equipment. • Ability to use hand tools and power tools. • Must be detail-oriented. • Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure. • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. • Ability to follow instructions • Excellent organizational and time management skills This position requires constant physical demands, such as being on your feet continuously, walking, climbing, kneeling or crouching and pushing, pulling and lifting. This position is responsible for setting up and running CNC Machines to produce precision components while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Monitors parts to ensure they are meeting customer specifications.  Experience with Mazak machines is a plus. Duties include: • Operates equipment to standard work practices within all quality and performance standards. (Mazak Lathe) • Interprets blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications • Determine process, tools, programming (in Mazatrol) and setup - Neatly and accurately completes all required paperwork - Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures - Ensure all safe work practices are followed Qualifications include: • High School diploma or equivalent • 3+ years experience preferred.  Prefer experience in a Job Shop. • Familiarity with a variety of metals and plastics, and working on parts with very close tolerances. • Ability to inspect own work, troubleshoot and recommend optimal cutting tools a must. • Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Position Description Precision, contract machining business is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.  This is an individual contributor role that includes heavy focus on Employee Relations and HR Generalist duties.  This position is responsible for generating and implementing personnel policies that promote a positive work culture while also creating an accountable workforce.   Duties include: -Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, disciplinary action) -Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.  Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations -Monitors employment practices and decisions to ensure fair and ethical practices that foster effective employee engagement and promotes a high level of employee morale -Ensures legal compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.  Responsible for ensuring employee records are complete, organized, and in compliance with regulator requirements. -Maintains human resource information system records (HRIS). -Manages and conducts employee orientation, development and training. -Benefit administration - Open Enrollment, annual plan review and pricing, new hire enrollments, etc. -Manages the overall recruitment and staffing process. -Facilitate employee terminations as needed. -Weekly payroll processing.   Qualifications include: -Bachelor's Degree preferred; major in Human Resources Management or another related field preferred.  Equivalent experience will also be considered. -Prior Human Resources and Leadership experience of 5+ years. -Experience in manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred. -Working knowledge of HRIS systems; Paylocity a plus. -Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently.   Benefits include: -Health insurance -Dental insurance -Vision insurance -Company Paid Life Insurance and Supplemental available -401K -Paid Time Off (PTO) -Paid Holidays   We are an Equal Opportunity Employer   Salaried exempt position starting at $75,000 annual - Salary will be commensurate with experience.
