Job Descripion: Required to count, clean, and package finished/semi-finished parts or materials in boxes and cartons for shipment. May assemble boxes/cartons on pallets and protect with shrink wrap, corner protectors, banding, etc. Operates forklifts, pallet jack, hand trucks and prepares goods for final shipment. Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds. -Some experience preferred- but will train for the right candidate.

Position Description

Precision, contract machining business is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. This position is responsible for supporting engineering related needs of internal departments and suppliers. Duties include reading and understanding customers' requirements and verifying that all manufacturing related processes and documentation comply.
DUTIES
  • Revision Change Control
  • Review Manufacturing and Inspection process documentation to verify conformance with QMS and customer requirements
  • Assist other departments by clarifying design intent
  • Document past non-conformances and save the evidence for future reference
  • Design and draw fixtures, work-holding devices and gauges
  • Create working drawings to communicate guidelines for suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's or bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5 years minimum experience related to manufacturing in a precision CNC machine shop, preferred
PROFICIENCIES
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software applications such as Excel, Word, and Oulook
  • Strong CAD experience using SOLIDWORKS
  • Strong CAM experience using FeatureCAM (or other Autodesk software), preferred
  • Experience using SOLIDWORKS inspection or similar inspection software

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance team member to join our team. This person must be dependable, trustworthy, have reliable transportation to get to and from work, be flexible with work hours, and show a mechanical aptitude. Must also have previous forklift experience. Precision, contract machining business is looking for an experienced Assembler. Job responsibilities:  Highly repetitive, simple short cycle mechanical assembly following prescribed routing or where method of assembly is obvious.  Work is typically performed at a bench and may include standing or walking. Light painting in a filtered paint booth is also a daily activity. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •          Removing and installing common hardware and fasteners.
  •          Light painting.
  •          Reading routers, blueprints, and work instructions to identify components and specifications that are necessary for assembly conformance.
  •         Inspection of products before, during and after assembly processes.
  •          Identify and document product defects.
  •         Recording time and quantity for job tracking.
  •          Maintain inventory of product / hardware in workstation.
  •          Maintaining a neat and orderly workspace.
  SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
  •          Dependable.

Lead CNC Swiss Machinist

Position Description Precision, Contract Machining Business is looking for a highly experienced, CNC Swiss machine programmer with the skills to read and interpret a customer's drawings then create an efficient process and program. This lead position will instruct and train other machinists in proper machine operation, work instructions, part production, quality assurance and overall operations. This is a working lead position that is also responsible for the set up and operation of multiple Swiss Machines and maintaining quality standards along with production output. Job Duties and Requirements include: • A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience programming and setting up Swiss CNC Machines. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints as well as understanding geometric tolerances. • Able to perform first piece inspection and process inspections. • Able to run production and instruct lesser skilled machinists. • Create and follow production set up sheets and documents. • Understanding of various measurement tools for exacting tolerances and dimensions. • Maintain equipment (limited daily chores) and work area in a clean orderly fashion. • Create custom fixturing and tooling when needed. • Monitor and maintain multiple Citizen CNC machines and employees in production. • Keep accurate records of production, scrap, and non-conformance. • Perform quality checks using a microscope, vision system, and hand inspection tools. CMM experience a plus. • Understanding of G&M codes. • Good math skills. • Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken) in English. • Team player with supervisory/management experience preferred. • Experience in SolidWorks a plus.
